TBPA held its Third
Annual Educational Seminar in September at the Wyndham Harbour Island September 23rd through September 30th, Paralegal Week.
The meeting room was spacious and a bit nippy!

Michael Orfinger gave some great tips for mediations.
Judge Alexander Paskay provided an update on the new Bankruptcy rules.
Professor Allen Spiegel provided a lively discussion on Ethics.
Angela Rodante and Dale Swope gave on overview on Bad Faith.
Michael Gold spoke on computerized litigation support. Lunch on the terrace provided an excellent opportunity to catch up with old friends and make new ones!
