Florida Registered Paralegal effective March 2008 On November 15, 2007, the Florida Supreme Court approved the Florida Registered Paralegal Program. Click here to see the full document. Florida Bar Responds to NFPA's Letter NFPA President, Anita Haworth, RP, suggested that a distinction be made between PACE Registered Paralegal and Florida Registered Paralegals. Florida Registered Paralegal Program Update As many of you may know, the rule is pending at the Supreme Court of Florida. The Supreme Court has ordered oral argument to be held on April 16, 2007.
