Who is FAPA?

FAPA is the group of local paralegal associations from around Florida which lobbied the Florida Legislature to introduce mandatory paralegal regulation in 2005 and 2006, and again in 2011. The proposed legislation introduced in 2005, and 2006 induced The Florida Bar to create the Florida Registered Paralegal (FRP) program. Although the formation of the FRP program was a stepping stone in our efforts to bring mandatory regulation for the paralegals of Florida, our work is not done. Please support FAPA's continued state-wide initiatives on behalf of all paralegals in Florida, by joining us for our informative seminars, and joining in the discussion.

All members of TBPA are members of FAPA and may enjoy their events at the member discounted rate.

TBPA is a voluntary professional association and does not make any representation, endorsement or guarantee as to the quality, reliability, competency, accuracy, business practice/standards/ethics, or professionalism of any member of TBPA.  TBPA does not conduct background checks or any other form of due diligence on any person or business applying for membership with TBPA.
