SUMMARY: Attorney Amy E. Stoll of Barnett, Bolt, Kirkwood, Long & Koche will present the second part of TBPA’s Land Law Lunch and Learn series focusing on non-residential real property tenant issues from the first demand for past due rent to post judgment proceedings.
SPEAKER'S BIO: Amy has experience litigating various types of business disputes, including contract, shareholder, and partnership disputes, as well as real estate, construction, and insurance coverage cases. Amy has successfully prosecuted and defended appeals and has argued before the United States Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals and the Florida Second District Court of Appeals. Amy also has extensive experience with creditors’ rights issues, including commercial foreclosures, navigating bankruptcies, and advising clients on various collection methods and procedures.
