TOPIC: Implicit Bias (Gender and Women in the Law) (Ethics)
SUMMARY: Recent surveys reflect that despite parity in law school, women continue to suffer disparate treatment as they progress in the legal profession. This presentation will highlight examples of women who have made historic strides in the profession, but will also address the obstacles women continue to face in the profession, offer tools to understand the reasons for the slow progression and discuss suggestions to minimize these obstacles in the future.

After the RSVP Deadline, no refunds will be provided and payment in full will be due regardless of attendance. Cancellation correspondence may be sent to luncheon@tbpa.org.
Parking: Please note that The Tampa Club validates parking in the Bank of America parking garage during lunchtime hours for the discounted $2.00 rate. Please bring your parking ticket with you and have The Tampa Club Receptionist validate it for you.
In addition, TBPA will be holding a 50/50 raffle to benefit End 68 Hours of Hunger.
