  • The Gold Sponsorship level provides the most marketing opportunity with full publicity advantage of your support which will be promoted in the seminar announcement (circulation to over 1000 paralegals in central Florida area), pre-seminar publicity in email messages, seminar brochure, on website and on-site seminar material, including full page color advertising in seminar notebook. In addition, sponsorship will include a URL Link on TBPA’s email news blast. Sign up by April 15 to be included in “initial” seminar publications (i.e., Save the Date Postcard). Sponsorship includes Exhibitor Booth and listed benefits.
  • The Silver Sponsorships are for the recognition of the reception/refreshment events which will include special signage with your company’s name beside the reception/refreshment tables, recognition on website, and in seminar notebook. Sponsorship includes Exhibitor Booth and listed benefits.

PLEASE NOTE: ALL SPONSORS AND EXHIBITORS must complete the Commitment Form page from the Seminar Prospectus and email the completed/signed form to Seminar@tbpa.org as part of your official Registration.



The exhibitor set up schedule is shown below.



Thursday, March 10, 2022 -- 7:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.

Please do not arrive prior to 7:00 p.m. as there may be other functions in that area!  Please do not begin setting up your display until all of the exhibitor tables have been marked with the Exhibitor/Sponsor names. 

Friday, March 11, 2022:

All exhibitors must be set-up no later than 7:30 a.m.!  


FRIDAY, March 11, 2022 – 8:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

Exhibits may not be dismantled before 3:30 p.m. and must be completely removed from the exhibitor hall no later than 5:00 p.m.


EXHIBIT SPACE - Each exhibit space contains a 6’ draped table and 2 chairs. For any additional exhibit needs, i.e., electricity, drayage, etc., contact the Seminar Chair at seminar@tbpa.org. 


PLEASE NOTE:  The Prospectus states that the exhibitor fee paid does NOT include electricity hook-up, so you will need to bring your own electrical strip or the hotel will impose a $25 fee to your company. 


MARKETING ITEMS & DOOR PRIZES:  If you choose to do so, please remember to bring your marketing/SWAG items for your exhibitor table and a door prize for the door prize drawings.
